Clinton Malone Obituary

Clinton Malone was born in Memphis Tennessee on September 19, 1942 to the late Lucille and Rivers Malone. Clinton "Clint" received his formal education in the Memphis Public School System, attending Dunbar Elementary School and Melrose High School. He lived in Memphis until 1961, when he moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. There he worked and attended night school at Milwaukee Area Technical College. Clint was joined in holy matrimony to Juliette DuBose on April 28, 1978 in Evanston, IL. Clint was the proud father of five children; Clinton, Terry, who preceded him in death, Dawn Marie, Rodney Tyrone, Angela and Bianca.

After some years in Milwaukee, Clint moved to Evanston, Illinois to accept a position with Sara Lee Bakery, where he worked for 25 years. He then became employed by Block Steel Corporation, where he worked for 23 years until his retirement in December of 2016. Clint received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior in August of 1958 and became a member of the Oakville Baptist Church in Memphis, Tennessee. in 1972, he became a faithful member of the Bethany Baptist Church of Christ of Evanston, Illinois where he served faithfully on the Senior Usher Board. He loved singing in the Men's Choir and faithfully attend Men's Bible Study on every 2nd and 4th Saturday.

Clint was enjoying his retirement years with his wife and his family. Clint was known for his impeccable style of dress, he dressed up just to make a run to the store or gas station. He joyfully participated in fashion shows, Clint has a servant heart. He could always be counted on when needed to drive family member here and  there. Clint was 'UBER" before Uber existed. His nieces fondly recalled when they were younger how he would pick them up from school. Clint use to work on cars for family and friends, but in recent years more of an advisor to his son and brothers, and he was sure to have a pocket full of jelly beans.

Clint departed this earthly life on Thursday, November 1, 2018, he was preceded in death by his son, Clinton Terry Malone; his father, Rivers Malone, mother; Lucille Malone; brother; Frankie Malone, Sr.; sister; Minnie (Ellis) Harris and two grandsons; D'Angelo Malone and Justin Malone.

Clint leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 40 years Juliette Malone of Skokie, IL; one son; Rodney Tyrone (Lashonda) Malone; three daughter; Dawn Marie Malone, Milwaukee, WI, Angela (Carmel) Malone of Evanston, IL, Bianca Malone of Skokie, IL; eight brothers; Pastor Julius (Ann) Malone of Menomonee Falls, WI; Rev. Rufus (Bobbie) Malone of Tupelo, MS; Melvin (Rae) Malone, Carl (Cheryl) Malone, Rodney Terrell Malone, all of Skokie, IL, Joseph (Irma) Malone, Alvin Malone and Leslie Malone all of Benton Harbor, MI; three sisters; Vickie (Rodney) Love of Skokie, IL, Doris Malone of Arlington Heights, IL, Sandra Wright of Benton Harbor, MI; nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

Clint was a kind, humble and loving person, Clint was a devoted husband, father, brother, uncle and friend he will be lovingly remembered by everyone.
