Anthony Watts, III was born July 7, 1986 in Evanston, Illinois to Anthony 'Tony' Watts, Jr and Carmen Dumas. Anthony's friends and family referred to him by a number of names; Scrapper, Superman, Tony, Iceman, Worm, The Third, but being called father was his most cherished name given to him by his only child, Nielle Elyse Watts.

Anthony attended Faith Christian Academy, Lincolnwood Elementary, Haven Middle School, and Evanston Township High School, where he graduated in 2004. During his time in high school, Anthony earned various certificates and awards for his academic and person accomplishments. After graduating high school, Anthony desired to further his education and enrolled at Oakton Community College before entering the workforce. He worked in security industry for several years for a variety of companies. Prior to his passing, Anthony was employed as a security guard for Scientific Games in Chicago, Illinois.

Anthony's hobbies included fishing, bowling, and going to the gun range. His friend, Andrew Feller (Jessica), invited him to join the FISH FAHTS Fishing Club, where he became an active member. After joining he looked forward to the annual trip and enjoyed spending time with his fishing buddies.

Anthony had a huge heart and a great love for his family and friends. He had several lifelong friends, whose relationships developed into brotherhood; Jesse, Aaron, Jamaal, Jaeson, Josh, and Tim.

Anthony was preceded in death by his grandfather, Thomas Blackwell, and brother, Wadrick Watts.

Anthony was loved by so many. His memory will be cherished and always remembered by his loving parents, Carmen Dumas and Anthony Watts, Jr (Tasha), love of his fiance, Tarra Johnson, Nielle (Daughter), Kaila, Marisa, Brianna, and Brianne (sisters), Johnathan (Kameshia), Russell, Samuel, and Daniel (brothers), Beatrice Blackwell and Climmie Watts (grandmothers), Anthony Watts Sr (grandfather). A hosts of aunts, uncles, and cousins; Alberta Affectionately called Auntie Foots and Uncle Eric, who helped raise Anthony like a son. Russell Dumas (stepfather), Cynthia Crowley (godmother), Ava Anderson, Kevin Feller, and Jurnee Pryor (godchildren), and a host of extended family members and friends.
