Mr. William Nelson, Jr.

William " Billy" Nelson was born on April 23, 1962 in Evanston, IL. He was the middle child to William Nelson Sr. and Rocenia Nelson. Both his parents preceded him in death.

As a lifetime resident of Evanston Township High School. Billy was raised in a Christian home and taught to be kind, loving and to respect others.

Billy is our example that it is never too late in trusting in the Lord. He enjoyed his Bible, cooking and listening to music. He was formerly employed as a Food Services Aid with the Salvation where he gained an extended family.

Billy was called home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at Evanston Northshore Hospital in Evanston, IL. Billy is survived by his one and only beautiful daughter Autumn Kars of Waukegan, Illinois. Siblings: Susan Nelson of Evanston, IL and  Bryan Nelson of Davenport, Iowa. Nieces: Nikiya (Ki Boo), Ashley and  Ryan and Nephew's: Eddy and Bryan.

Billy leaves to cherish his memory two granddaughters Allani North and Alivia Bone of Waukegan. Please keep the family in your prayers.
