Lucille LeBlanc

Lucille (Lucy) Mignon LeBlanc was born on December 7, 1980 to Diana Schroeder and Lester LeBlanc. She departed this life on Friday, September 19, 2018. Lucy grew up in Evanston, IL and attended Chiaraville Montessori, Dewey, Dawes and Chute Middle School before moving to Glendale Heights, IL.

Lucy received her Associates of Science in Nursing degree from Harper College in Palatine, IL while working as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Lucy cared for the elderly and developmentally challenged children. She then became a Register Nurse with a background in the Emergency Department, Medical Surgical, Psychiatric, and Acute Trauma Care Setting. Lucy showed great empathy for her patients and always went the extra mile to give then comfort, care and joy. Lucy absolutely loved her work. Lucy is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Wallace Schroeder, her paternal grandmother Mildred LeBlanc and her paternal grandfather August W. LeBlanc.

Lucy's love and memory will be charished always by her daughter Shi'era (NuNu) Pryor, her mother Diana Schroeder, her father Lester LeBlanc, her sister Amy Potes (Jason), her aunt Kimberly Grassi (Vince), her daughters father Gary Pryor, along with a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, co-workers.
