Marie Valerie Remy

Marie Valerie Remy was born on August 19, 1979, in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. She was born the second oldest of five children to Francois A. and Marie C. Remy. To most of her family she was
affectionately known as Vava or Valerie. She was a 1997 graduate of Evanston Township High School and 2000 graduate of DePaul University. She had a great personality, was kind, caring
and a great friend. She was always willing to put the needs of others above her own. She was a great listener and always willing to give advice. She was a lover of travel and exploring new
places. She loved reading books that were uplifting and motivational. She was the best aunt in the world to her niece and nephew. She is survived by her parents, siblings Margaret, Nancy,
Lynda and Francois. Her many aunts, uncles, cousins, a niece and nephew. She will be greatly missed by her loved one

Wake: Saturday, August 11, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. ~ Mass at 10;00 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church 1012 Lake St, Evanston, IL.
