Mr. Jamere Gregory Obituary

Jamere Maurice Gregory Aka Gucci/Max was born February 5, 1989, to Sherry Gregory and Ronald Green.

Jamere was the oldest of three boys to their union. Jamere attended school in the Evanston School system, attending King Lab School from Kindergarten to Eighth grade and then Evanston Township High School graduating in 2007.

Jamere is proceeded in death by his grandmother Elaine Green and uncles David and Derrick Woodfork.

Jamere loved football and played with the High Ridge Chargers from 5 to 14 years old then he played for E.T.H.S. Jamere was the entertainer of whatever was going on he was very funny.  Jamere also loved to tell his family and friends how much he loved them especially his niece's & nephew's and little cousins he was the babysitter for all.  But his one nephew Mykel who's 4 said Max is the worst babysitter ever.

Jamere worked many odd jobs. His last job was in construction with his cousin Joe Waters.

As a child Jamere attended Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. Dr. John F. Norwood and Rev. Dr. Eleanor Miller both of whom he adored. He also loved Deacon Nathan Haliburton who was his Sunday School & Vacation Bible School Teacher who he always talked about.

Jamere leaves to morn his passing his son Gabriel. His parents Sherry and Ronald. His brothers Shaquill and Ronald. His sisters Felicia and Mariah (Khalif). His nephews Antoine, Mykel and Shaquill Jr. His nieces Nevaeh, Ava, Promise, Ma' at and Passion. His grandmother Carol (Isaac). His aunts
Pat (Yancy), Sandra (Tom), Cathy (Bryan), Vivian (Vernon), Denene, Tina,
Phyllis, Vemeva, Annette (Alan), Darline, Doreen (Keith) and Patricia. His Uncles Gregory (Karen), Lawrence (Sheila), Tony & Ricky. Godmother Patricia Smith-Walker. Godfather Raymond Bryant.  His favorite cousin/brother Brad and Cousins/sister Latrice & Whittney. Special friend Suzzie Dyment. Special friends/brothers Chris Clifton and Will De Vold along with many cousins, relatives, and friends. Jamere was loved by all and will be missed by many. Please keep the family in your prayers.
