Kenel Guerin was born on March 18, 1950 in Tomazo, Haiti. He was the second child of Saint Fora Augustin and Saladin Guerin. Kenel was proceeded in death by Erima Guerin, Otel Guerin, Lifrance Guerin, Rosemene Guerin, Emakeyla Guerin, and Walton Guerin. Kenel attended school Tomazo and moved to America in 1986 to give his son, Jameson Guerin and daughter Nathaika Guerin a better life. He went on later to Marry Gerta Valcin on August 11, 1996. This year would have been Kenel and Gerta's 24th wedding anniversary. He was a God fearing man and a loving father and husband. Often times he would help Gerta do chores around the house and cook. Kenel enjoyed listening to Haitian news every morning as well as watching live soccer and , basketball especially when his favorite team, The Miami Heat were playing. He was a sharp man, always put together and he loved dressing formal. Kenel was a great family member and friend. He was a person who loved to give others advice on how to work hard and not give up. His commitment to being a hard worker was easily witnessed through his last job at Dodge Maid Dry Cleaner where he worked for over 10 years. Above all Kenel was a brave and passionate person who loved and cared for the whole family. He was always there to help and encourage others. Thank you Kenel Guerin L for being a part of our lives. You will truly be missed. Kenel survived by his wife, Gerta Valcin, his son, Jameson Guerin, and his daughter, Nathaika Guerin. Please keep the family in your prayers.
