Mrs. Beatrice Fletcher

Beatrice “Gloria” Louise Fletcher also known as “G” of Belize City, Belize. Beatrice passed away peacefully on Friday, January 3rd, 2020. Gloria was born to Robert Young and Louise Ochio on September 8th, 1927 in Belize City, Belize. Gloria lived her life between Net York, California, Chicago and from time to time she visited her homeland Belize. 
 

Gloria loved dancing to her favorite Belizean song “Tiny Wine”, traveling and being around family. She enjoyed a hot cup of tea with a few pieces of bread while watching a wheel of Fortune, Young and the Restless, Jerry Springer and ABC 7 News. Authentic Belizean cuisine was her favorite; she loved a good plate of beans and rice and potato salad. She will be remembered by her witty sense of humor, rambunctious personality and her vibrant smile. She was truly loved by everyone. 
 

In heaven she will join her Delma Williams, he daughter Therese Dixon, her son Joel Fisher and her grandson Rafheid Dixon. 
 

Although she may be gone her legacy will continue as she leaves behind her 5 children—Allison Adams, Sandra Kennedy, Louis Dixon, Elroy Dixon and Jam Waite. Her memory will also be cherished by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and an abundance of friends.
