Ms. Ashanti Marie Carter

Ashanti Marie Carter was born February 10, 2003 in Evanston, IL.

Ashanti attended Evanston/Skokie School District 65 until the 8th grade. Where she received her 8th grade diploma from Nichol's Middle School in 2018. There after she ttended Evanston Township High School.

She was credits away from receiving her High School Diploma. When she unexpectedly passed away due to long term health issues. Ashanti is now resting with other beloved family members. Her Great Grandmother Earlene Evans, Aunt Mary L Phanor, Aunt (First Lady) Debbie Kirkland, Uncle Deminco Kennedy, Cousin DeShaun McCampbell, and Father of her son DeMarcu Cokley. She leaves to cherish her memories her mother Shawnese Jones (Carl Carter), her father Donyelle Roberts, her son De'Marcus Cokley Jr., her Grandmothers Claudia Evans and Joann Roberts, 5 sisters: Renee Carter, .Ja'Neice Carter, Tanese Kennedy, Eniya Roberts, Sienna Carter, 3 brothers: Lamont Carter, Deminco Carter, Donyelle Roberts Jr., and a host of Auntiesm Uncles and Cousins.
