BRITTANY KINLOW was born on Feb 20th,1999 at Evanston Hospital in Evanston, IL to the proud parents of Cheri Kinlow and Jarrett Fuller. Brittany accepted Christ at a young age at EI Bethel Church of God in Christ, in Milwaukee, WI. Brittany went on to attend Peoples Church of God in Christ in Skokie, IL where she became Director of the Praise Team.
Brittany then moved on to become a member of Calvary Redemption Center in Skokie, IL where she was a member of the Youth Ministry. Brittany at the tender age of three moved to Milwaukee, WI, where she was placed under the care and guidance of her grandparents, Paul and Tara Kinlow. Brittany began her early education with the Milwaukee Public School System from K - 3rd grade.
Brittany went on to attend Edison Elementary School and Lincoln Junior High School in Skokie, IL where she excelled academically, athletically and musically. She then graduated from Niles West High School in Skokie, IL in 2017 where she was a member of the Girls Soccer Team, Theater, and Music Departments. Brittany graduated from Niles West as an Honor Roll student with a 3.8 GPA and a member of The National Honor Society and was
also inducted into the Thespian Society.
Brittany continued her formal education at the University of Illinois-Chicago where she majored in Music Business. While attending UIC Brittany excelled academically and was a member of the Jazz Ensemble, Manager of the UIC Choir, UIC Radio OJ, and a Lead Vocalist of the Pop Rock Band. While
attending classes at UIC Brittany also worked for the School of Rock in Park Ridge, IL where she mentored many young people as a music instructor
and performed as well as a member of the School of Rock Employee Band.
Brittany touched the hearts of many with her angelic personality and contagious smile and was affectionately referred to as Britt by her family and close friends. Brittany enjoyed spending time with her family and had an extremely generous and giving heart. She had a great passion for writing recording and producing music for herself and for others.
Brittany was an' avid animal lover and throughout her life she nurtured her pets and loved them dearly including her two cats, Honey and Kiddy and her
two dogs, Chico and Jobye.
Brittany leaves to cherish her memory: her mother, Cheri Kin low; her dad, Jarrett Fuller; her sisters; Alexandra, Rochelle, Vanessa, Samantha and Cassandra Fuller; grandfather, Paul (Tara) Kinlow; grandmother, Rochelle Adulphus; five aunts, Danielle Kinlow - Cephas (Drew Hunter), Letitia Taylor, Pamela Kinlow (Cory) Jeffries, Lydia, Maureen; Six uncles, Andre Kinlow, Kevin (Andrea), Keith (Juanita) Willingham, Cyral Fason, Emile, Kenneth Fuller; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, classmates, bandrnates, and work colleagues. Brittany will be dearly missed and never forgotten.
In memory of Brittany Nicole Kinlow an academic scholarship will be established at the University of Illinois Chicago to assist music scholars in their academic endeavors. Please keep the family in your prayers.
